What does NibPact keep?

Can a lock be undone?
No. Locking is permanent on purpose: a locked note or contract keeps its exact words and time, which is what makes it worth trusting.
How do contracts work?
Write the terms, invite the other person by email, and each of you accepts the current wording. Changes go through suggestions. When everyone has accepted, the owner locks it.
Who can see my notes?
Your notes are private to your account. Only something you choose to share with a link, or a contract you invite someone to, can be seen by anyone else.
Do I need the iPhone app?
No. The website and the iPhone app use the same account, so your notes and contracts are on both.
